  • Pick up a copy of the “Chemical Reactions” worksheet and label reaction 1: Elephant Toothpaste.


  • Copy down the word equation: hydrogen peroxide --> water + oxygen


  • Write the skeletal equation and try to balance it

Use coefficients to balance chemical equations so that the law of conservation of mass is followed.
